Who we are

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit — name, phone number, email address, truck type, and preferred lanes when you request a quote through our contact form.
• Communication preferences — whether you prefer calls only or consent to SMS updates.
• Usage data — pages visited, device type, referring site and approximate country. This comes from two sources: Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other websites, and the Meta Pixel, which does use cookies and is described below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and provide dispatch services.
• To contact you by phone, email, or SMS (only if you opted in).
• To improve our website and measure advertising performance.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., form processing, analytics, advertising platforms) and when required by law. Mobile opt-in information and text message consent are excluded from this sharing, as described below.

SMS consent

If you check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive conversational, marketing, promotional, and customer care SMS from DISPATCH FM. These may include quote follow-ups, onboarding and scheduled call reminders, dispatch updates, billing inquiries, customer support, and promotions or offers for our services. Message frequency may vary, with no more than two SMS messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support. Phone numbers obtained during the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

We collect SMS consent only through the checkbox on our website. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Submitting our contact form without checking the SMS consent box does not enroll you in SMS messages. See our SMS Terms and Conditions for details.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies, to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Our visitor statistics come from Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless: it records aggregate page views without storing identifiers on your device or following you to other sites.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting operations@dispatch-fm.com.
