What does a dispatcher handle for me?

We search for loads that fit your truck and preferred lanes, negotiate rates, help with load paperwork, and coordinate with you through pickup and delivery. You review the details and decide which loads to accept.

How much does dispatch cost?

Dispatch starts at 5% of the gross load value. Your exact rate depends on your equipment, lanes, and volume and is agreed before you run a load. There are no monthly dispatch fees, and your first week of dispatch is free.

Can I join without my own MC authority?

Yes. If you own a truck, you can discuss leasing onto our authority. The lease-on fee is 15% of gross for authority, commercial liability and cargo insurance, and factoring. Dispatch starts at 5% on top, so the combined cost starts at 20%. You remain responsible for your truck's physical damage coverage, fuel, and maintenance. A written lease agreement is required.

What equipment and lanes do you cover?

We dispatch box trucks, reefers, flatbeds, hot shots, and dry vans nationwide. Tell us where you want to run and when you want to be home so we can focus the search on suitable lanes.

How quickly can I get started?

Tell us about your equipment, authority, and preferred lanes. We will confirm your rate and onboarding requirements. Most drivers receive their first load offer within 24-48 hours of completing onboarding, depending on equipment, location, availability, and current freight.

How does payment work?

With your own authority, payment comes from the broker or shipper as usual; quick pay and factoring options may be available. Under our lease-on program, invoicing runs through our factoring arrangement, with the factoring fee included in the 15% lease-on fee.

Am I locked into a long-term commitment?

Dispatch has no monthly commitment. We agree the rate with you up front, and you pay on loads you run. Lease-on is a separate arrangement that requires a written lease agreement; we walk through those terms before you start.
